    Is this happening with all of your widgets, or is it in the About widget specifically? Are you running the latest WordPress version?

    Are you experiencing server-side errors when you’re processing Ajax?
    If you can view the server side error log, check to see if there are any errors that might be causing the error.

    @aoking with all my WordPress widgets are the same, I’m using wordpress 5.1.1
    @munyagu what you mean? error_log file in wordpress?

    No.
    Error logs for web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
    You may be able to download it from the control panel of the hosting service.

    @munyagu Im not seeing error logs in my cPanel
