1. I do not know why there is a repeat login register on your website, but it does look a lot like a conflict with some other code, so the first recommended step is the conflict test:
*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.
2. I don’t know what reCaptcha you were using before, but it most certainly won’t work on the PMS form. For the PMS form please use the PMS reCaptcha:

Hello
now everything ok, the plugin installed and worked ok with Recaptcha,
now I have on the header, 2 logins, 2 registers, how I can make it 1 login, 1 register?

I think you figured this out ? That part should be a menu that you can edit by going to your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus page.
