    @mdnurulislam2681978 I checked the records and I haven’t got any support ticket from you. My apologies for this inconvenience! Perhaps it wasn’t received (that would be surprising) or you sent it under a different name or email address, it happens once in a while from various customers.

    I’ve issued you a refund since that’s what you want. I hope that you will continue to use the Lite version and who knows, someday, maybe you’ll try the Pro one again.

    I bleve your support maybe not good for the users. Because I wrote a mail to you about the pro plugin but no almost 2-3 Week but no reply and also I wrote here 5 days ago in the support section you can see it still you didn’t replay me

    I’m afraid to purchase from you because of your support. I believe that you did a great plugin try to respond to your customer when they call you
