    Hi,

    I can’t figure out why, but when the image or call to action button is clicked the link is not working. However if i go to the plugin and click ‘visit link’ it directs me to the right page.

    I’ve updated the plugin, tried different tracking links and slugs and can’t get it to work. I use the plugin on a few sites and this has me baffled!

    Hi @epangamedia,

    I was able to replicate the issue. There seems to be a 400 error when trying to access admin-ajax.php

    Would there be some security plugin or something preventing front-end scripts from accessing the ajax endpoint?

    From what I can see, the ajax request looks good, not malformed or anything, it’s just that the server responds inappropriately. It should be sending back the URL to redirect to.

    Another possible cause might be a PHP error on the admin side. Could you check your PHP error logs on your server for information?

    As a workaround, you can switch off the Enhanced JS Redirect option under ThirstyAffiliates->Settings which will force it to do server-side redirects.

    Thanks for your reply,

    There is no additional security plugin running nor were there any PHP errors showing in the error log.

    I have done the work around as suggested and that has worked.

    Could this be a possible theme issue?

    Hi @epangamedia,

    That is very possible, but more likely another conflicting plugin I’d say.

    Are there any JS errors in your console when using the Enhanced JS Redirect?
