Absolute failure when I update the plugin

    Everything was fine before I update the plugin. Now the store is gone. I tried to reinstall but when I do ” Failure to instal: the file already exists”
    The woocommerce plugin is not in the list of plugins, but I cannot reinstalled.
    This is awful!
