Accent error in Certificate Builder.

    Hello,
    I would like to report a bug in Certificate Builder.
    Each time the user clicks to edit a saved certificate that contains some western accents, the certificate loses its accent formatting.

    Examples:
    á = u00e1, à = u00e0, â = u00e2, ã = u00e3, ä = u00e4, Á = u00c1, À = u00c0, etc.

    This error ends up harming the use in many countries that speak languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Norwegian etc.
