Accent problems

Hi,

accents are not display on my site : http://institutiia.cluster011.ovh.net/
This problem was come when I change hosting.

In my old website, accents display : blog.institut-pure-hypnose.com/institut

My wordpress is a 4.2.2

I think that problems is because my database use a utf8mb4_general_ci
