accentuation problem

    Hi I have a website http://www.composicoescatolicas.com and there are two top menus with accentuation problem: Missão and Dúvidas, how
    Miss?o and D?vidas. The sign that is replacing the letters is a mistake and this mistake only persists in the header (header.php).

    Could anyone help me to solve this problem.
