Accept Cookie Message Does Not Dismiss

Hi there!

I’ve been using this plugin for quite some time however recently when a user selects “Accepts” the page just refreshes and the “Accept Cookies” popover remains – no matter how many times they click Accept.

Is this an issue because of a recent release or something else? Any help would be appreciated!
