Acceptable Use Policy ?

I have a WP website. Recently I found that another WP website has copied my materials and put it on theirs and did not even keep my links in the article that point to pages on my website. I am told there is an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) that WP users must follow and they are breaking it. I have tried to contact them, but after more than a week I have yet to here back.

Is there a way I can flag the page that has my materials on it so WP can check it out and take action if they are violating the AUP?
