Acceptance checkbox

    I put an acceptance checkbox in an order form.
    If it is not checked and I press SEND, no message, no red sign, no result, nothing at all.
    If a user doesn’t know or doesn’t realise, what was the reason, he believe, it is a webpage error (or the message was sent) he will leave the site.
    How can I generate a warning message, “Fill the acceptance block!”?
