Acceptance checkbox support – CF7

    Hi support,

    I have managed to get the Enterprise plugin working OK.

    I am wondering if there is support for acceptance checkbox fields in Contact Form 7, as below.

    ——————————-
    [acceptance communication-consent optional] I consent to receiving correspondence(including notices) from this Facility electronically (including email or SMS) [/acceptance]
    ——————————-

    And in my PDF I’m using Acrobat Pro DC with the standard checkbox field named “communication-consent”. All my other text and signature/image based fields work OK.

    A link to the PDF has been added to this post. Happy to use another tool,if you recommend it, rather than Acrobat but I thought that would be the best.

    Hi,

    It should work if you set your PDF checkboxes exported value to ‘1’ and map the CF7 acceptance checkbox to the PDF checkbox.

    Wooo hooo – I tried outputting “Yes” as the value using the bar “|” as multiple other post have suggested but it wasn’t working for me.

    But I just change the “Exported value” on the checkbox fields in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to “1” and that worked… So in turn the acceptance checkbox outputs “1” NOT “Consented” as it appears in the shortcode email value.
