Acceso a wp-admin

Good morning, I can’t access my site educacionvirtual.qualitasoflife.org/wp-admin

install a plugin called redirection and note the source url /wp-login.php that will redirect to the destination page virtualeducation.qualitasoflife.org/members

After doing this I can no longer enter the wordpress panel.
Can you help me please?

I tried to connect to FileZilla to remove the plugin from there but no success
