Hi. If a user logs in, can i specify a landing page, such as their profile page or a hidden page? At the moment they go direct to the dashboard, which is a complete no go zone!

You can try this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/remove-dashboard-access-for-non-admins/

You can set which roles can access the dashboard, and where to redirect everyone else.
