When I want to start an import, I get on the page wp-admin/tools.php?page=acui ERR_ACCESS_DENIED

Ask your hosting.

It seems they are blocking this access with some WAF.

What should be blocked there? The upload? The post request?

This is not usual that this plugin (or this actions) are blocked by any WAF.

So I cannot say.

Ask your hosting and they will know.
