Yes, Loco Translate supports remote connections for saving files that cannot be written directly via PHP. Your FileZilla credentials should work when you click the Connect button. Possibly under the FTP option, but I can’t tell you how your site is set up or how you normally connect remotely to your server.

Thank you for your answer. So, I connected myself back to File Zilla but the Loco plug-in still not working. I have this error message : Remote connections are prevented by your WordPress configuration. Direct access only..
Could it be my new theme not working with Loco ? However, I can still translate other plug-in and my theme too, just not woocommerce.

Loco Translate observes WordPress’s remote connection permissions. One such permission is the FS_METHOD constant. (Look it up in the WordPress documentation). If you have this set to “direct” in your wp-config.php then Loco Translate will refuse to allow FTP.

Could it be my new theme not working with Loco ?

I suspect other plugins don’t require remote connection and are working with direct file access.

To fix it ensure correct file permissions in your new theme such that direct access can work.
