Access Denied wp-admin

    I was able to log into my wp-admin just fine a couple weeks ago, but today, after entering the wrong user and password the first time, “Access Denied” on a white page showed up. I clicked back on my browser and reentered the correct login info, and again “Access Denied”. After I refreshed the wp-admin page, “Access Denied” is still there, so I have no way to even enter my login info. The front page of my website is showing fine though. I tried a different browser and it is still the same, and I tried contacting my host but apparently they see it just fine.

    1. Reboot your computer
    2. Try to log in from another computer

    I’m seeing the log-in page just fine.

    I don’t have another computer, and have tried rebooting and clearing cookies and caches. Nothing has worked so far.

    Do you have someone you can email the webpage ULR, your login and password and see if they can get in and then log out. That might fix it..
