Access error

    Hi, I am trying to translate my template from english to italian (Grandis – by Orange Theme) but when I click on “Add a new language”—>”create a po file”, all I have is an error message saying “Errore di accesso” (Access error).
    Same happens if I try to analyze the english text in my template.
    Maybe there’s something I have to do before translating?
    Please help!
