Access Error when multsite activated

    Hi – love the plugin we have it network activated on our multisite – over 1000 blogs as its that useful.

    However, if its network activated and a user goes to the page “options-general.php?page=cms-tpv-options”

    and then tries to save anything we get an error message
    “You do not have sufficient permissions to modify unregistered settings for this site.” even though they are admin for that site.

    HOWEVER, the settings to appear to be saved. So not critical, but not great – can you reproduce?
