    Hello @wynot.

We assume that the production version of your site contains the .svn service directory. Our plugin tries to scan the directory, but gets a denial from the nginx server. Please:

    1) Either delete this directory.

    2) Or add it to our plugin’s exceptions: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → Directory exclusions for the malware scanner (see screenshot).

    Did this information help?

    Where is this directory located?

    Hello @wynot.

The /.svn directory is probably located in the root folder of your website. We can’t say for certain since it is your website, and we don’t have access to your website.

I can’t find that directory in any of my websites. We use wordpress so I also looked in the public_html as well. Is there any other reason this would happen?

    Hello.

Try to simply add “/.svn” to directory exclusions.

    I tried that and when I save it it removes the”/” , but I didn’t put it in the quotes ( ” ) , Should I?

    And I’m still getting these.

You can do it without quotes and “/”.

We haven’t received your reply in a few days, so I’m going to mark this topic as “resolved”.
