Hello,

My apologies if this is a basic question, but I have looked everywhere for this plugin to customize the settings – I cannot find the “write” section. Could you please advise where to customize these settings so I can set up my grid for the shop page?

Hi, with the “write page” section I refer to the wp-dashboard > Pages > Add New function. The option to enable the custom loop will appear below the page content. When ticked, all options will be revealed. This also applies to editing an existing page of course.
