    Hi Vasyl,

I can only assume this happened after updating all the plug-ins (including AAM) on my site. I’d not made any other changes on the site before or after, for a long while.

What I’ve found is that my main admin account seems to NOT have a full set of permissions. Which is preventing me from updating themes, and also from making changes to the Administrator role in AAM (that role does not appear), and when I try to allow the disabled permissions of that user directly, they don’t hold.

Also, these permissions seem to fix locked in, even after I disable AAM.

I am not sure how this would have occurred, nor how to fix it. Will I need to delete all AAP tables in the database or something to that effect?

    Thanks,

    Jonathan

Turns out it was the “Shield Security” plug-in causing the problem. Nothing to do with AAM at all. Closing this ticket.
