Installed the plguin and keep getting this error, even though I have removed all the other security plugins and 2FA.

You need to create an access key for your website to connect to our Cloud. Here is the guide that can help you with that: https://cleantalk.org/help/add-website-security.

If you do not have CleanTalk account, you need to create one: https://cleantalk.org/register?product_name=security.

Please, re-activate the plugin:
• WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Activate again

Then clear your website cache.

If it didn’t help, then re-install the CleanTalk Security Plugin:
• WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Delete.
• Then install it anew, the guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress-security

Thank you @sergem but nothing is working.
Here are the steps I have taken.
Purged Caching
Disabled Caching
Uninstalled and Reinstalled Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk

Deleted database tables created by SPBC still same thing.

Even I have reinstalled the WordPress Core just to make sure if a file was modified at some point.
