From the screenshot you posted this looks like the old version of Membership plugin since Membership 2 doesn’t have subscription plans.
Did you upgrade the plugin to Membership 2?
Also since I can see that you have a lot of members on your site I’d strongly suggest making a full site backup before you upgrade just in case something goes wrong.
Also please note that once you upgrade you’ll have to setup protection rules again since the new plugin is using different protection logic.
Also please let me know if any of those subscriptions are recurring subscriptions?

Membership 2 comes in both free and premium version so upgrading from free Membership 1 version to free Membership 2 is definitely possible.
After you update the plugin in your admin area in Plugins section once you go to Membership -> Membership upgrade option should be available, see screenshot

As you can see in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/Qt2RbJcVcS even tho the plugin is updated and it shows version 4.0.0.5 it is not effectively upgraded until you do so by clicking on the link pointed in the previous screenshot.
As I mentioned in the post above please make sure to do a backup just in case something goes wrong.
