Access permission error

    It does not allow viewing PDF invoices in the customer area, it gives the error that you do not have sufficient permissions to access the page, it only allows access if you select FULL ACCESS Type, and the recommended and safer CONNECTED does not work

    Sorry for the delayed response!

    That’s unusual. Are you accessing the PDF with the same user account that placed the order?

    Yes, I view them from the store’s customer area once logged in, under orders.

    Actually it’s still giving me the same error. It lets me view the order, but when I click to download the invoice, it tells me I don’t have sufficient permissions.

    This happens to all store customers.

    Only administrators can view invoice PDFs.

    @aznara Does this still happen with the recent v4.2.0 of the plugin?
