Access problem

I have sold Hygiene Hub to Supreme Hygiene (https://supremehygiene.co.za/ The WordPress access was done originally by Newnet who has subsequently closed down, and I do not have the correct login details, for http://www.hygienehub.co.za on WordPress. I have handed over the website and business already but we cannot seem to get the WordPress access reset. Please assist urgently. If somebody can just send a reset link to the existing email address that is on the website : [redacted] we can get going again.

Can you be more specific? What exactly happens when you try to reset the password? Please share error messages and screen captures.
