Access to CSV

    Hi,
    I’ve inherited a WordPress blog that is still running WordPress 4.9.16. As a result the STC subscribe plugin is no longer supported, and I can’t see the subscriber database. Please can you tell me how to access the CSV of our existing subscribers. If we update the plugin, will the CSV subscriber database be restored?

    The STC Subscribers are stored in the database as Custom Post Types with the post type “stc”. Since the format in the database is not changed you will find no issues updating the plugin.

    Are you sure you are using the plugin “Subscribe to Category”? I do not see any evidence of the plugin on the user interface via the link http://rcvskblog.org/

    Hi,
    apologies for the delay. You were right that actually we are using a different plugin for our subscriptions (we had STC Subscribe installed but not in use).
