Access to PRO support

    I got the Youzify plug-in when I purchased the Ghostpool Aardvark scheme. It seems to have all of the Pro features which is good, but can I post in the Pro support forum? If so where is this located and how to do I gain access? Thanks

    Hello @sdesign-1

    The Youzify version you found inside any theme considered as a Free version. You can unlock all Pro features, but does not include technical support from us.

    The premium support forum only can be accessed by users that purchase a direct license on our Envato Official page. 🙂

    okay, thanks. If I buy paid extensions will I have access to PRO support though?

    Yes, if you purchase extensions, you will have access to our Premium support forum. 🙂
