    I wanted to commend you guys on a great plugin. Really good work you guys do here. I have a request/suggestion.

    Is there any way to add the option of being able to access a user profile when clicking on the user in the support ticket that was created? After the ticket was created by a user, I want to be able to click on their username and see previous tickets they have created and any data that is under their user profile.

    Would this be possible to do at all? I would gladly pay for a premium plugin that allows this functionality.
