    Hi there,

    Several weeks now I cannot reconnect Trustindex with an Amazon account.
    I already tried almost all the described solutions.

    So I add the Amazon link in the 1st field
    ex: https://www.amazon.fr/sp?seller=ABCDEFGHIJKLMN
    => verify : ok
    => link
    I have the popup windows : ok
    And it stays stucked.

    I press F12 and get this error message :

    ” Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “count-by-rating”, res.place.reviews.details is undefined

    => the value “access_token” is empty

    I also tried to repair the plugin.
    My cache plugin is OFF
    I tried with all plugins turned off => same issue
    I cleaned also transients in DB

    I tried also with ALL plugins OFF, excepted Trustindex Amazon => same issue, same message
    Any idea ?

    + Info :
    I also tried, server side :
    -> Allow_url_fopen : ON
    -> exec, shell_exec, popen, proc_open, pcntl_exec : ON

    =>same issue

    + I also tried previewed version from 12.5 to 12.9. And cleaned all and reinstall, no way.
    => same issue, access_token is still empty

    + I also tried to remove all custom code from functions.php and kept only required functions
    => same issue.
