• Good, lightweight and working. Errorhandling with semantic WAI-ARIA information (aria-invalid, alert) for screenreader users is a plus. role alert for individual error messages near the input fields ist not optimal though, the aria-describedby attribute is the better solution. alert is only interpreted once, not anymore when I navigate between the form items.

  • Hi @wp-marie,

    Thanks for leaving your feedback!

At this time, we’re not fully WCAG compliant since it depends on the kind of form that you are planning to create and the fields you’d like to add to this form.

Beginning in version 1.8.1, WPForms has improved accessibility and we have plans to improve the web accessibility compliance further both on the front end and administrator side. We do try to follow best practices for accessibility in many aspects of our development and design. Improving WPForms accessibility is definitely something we’re always working on and so it’s always helpful to receive feedback like this.

Please feel free to reach out with any other questions!

    Thanks!
