    After testing a page with form generated by plugin, AXE accessibility extension found such issues:
    Ensures all elements with a role attribute use a valid value
    And suggested to fix the following:
    Role must be one of the valid ARIA roles
    As it’s not possible to edit form html code by website developers, could you please fix these accessibility issues?
