    Hi Armand,

Thanks for the great work on the Cooked plugin — we really enjoy using it! I just wanted to mention that when running our pages through PageSpeed Insights, we noticed a few accessibility issues related to the plugin, such as:

    • Improper use of <dl>, <dt>, and <dd> elements
    • Links without anchor text (like the timer)
    • <select> elements (like serving size) without proper labels

We know these aren’t huge problems, but even small accessibility improvements can help with overall SEO and page rankings. I was wondering if you can address these small issues in a future update?

@nwm2006 Thank you for bringing this up, I have been heads down lately and have not had the chance to check accessibility.

I already have fixed the last 2 issues with the link and select and they will be included in the v1.11.0 that is almost ready.

I will also fix the <dl>, <dt>, and <dd> elements issue before closing out v1.11.0.

I will do another accessibility pass but if you have any other accessibility related issues let me know and I can try to include them as well.

A new release is out that starts to address some of the most serious accessibility issues. There is more updates for accessibility coming in the upcoming releases.
