Accessing admin with user rights

    Hi,

    My clients previous webmaster only gave him User access to his WP. With no access to the original webmaster, is there anyway to gain admin rights without having to save all the relevant files and reinstalling WP?

    Can you/ your client access your phpMyAdmin?
