Login via FTP/SSH
Delete the wp-content/plugins/google-authenticator directory
and finally start over
Best regards

How in the world do I do that?
Use an ftp client such as filezilla to connect your site files to do as Henrik has suggested. See: http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/FTP_Clients
Contact your hosting company if you do not have the ftp connection details.
How do I know what my ftp username and password are? my domain is narcolepticnarcissist.com on narcolepticnarcissist.wordpress.com and my username is, you guessed it, narcolepticnarcissist.
This forum supports self-hosted WordPress, not WordPress.com sites.
See http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for an explanation of the difference.
You will not be able to have ftp access to your WordPress.com site & you cannot install ww.wp.xz.cn plugins on a WordPress.com site, so it is now clear that you are not actually using Henrik’s self-hosted ‘Google authenticator’ plugin.
The last paragraph on this page may help you resolve your issue http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/
Further questions about this should be directed to WordPress.com support which can be found at http://en.support.wordpress.com
Yeah, I had to scan the barcode in my Google authenticator app on my iPhone. Not as a plugin, I setup the two step authentication but accidentally erased it on my GA app.
You are not using self-hosted WordPress and consequently you are not using Henrik’s ‘Google authenticator’ plugin for self-hosted WordPress. This forum is not the correct place to get support for your issue.
Further questions about this should be directed to WordPress.com support which can be found at http://en.support.wordpress.com
