accidentally modified header information

    I was trying to figure out how to use Google Analytics on my WordPress site, and seem to have inadvertently modified my header information. When I try and log into the dashboard, I get the following:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/myfriend/www/www/wp-content/themes/ribosome-child/functions.php:16) in /home/myfriend/www/www/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1216

    I have tried as best I can to reset everything back to default using a combination of the code editor in Dreamweaver and my server’s file manager feature, but the warning remains, and I honestly don’t know what it’s telling me to fix.
