    I have two issues going on:

    1. I accidently canceled my starter plan. Could you stop that process?
    2. I scheduled 2 or 3 newsletters over the last few days, they have sent out just fine. I have attempted to schedule another newsletter several times today. It appears to schedule fine but when the time comes up, the status moves from scheduled to not yet

    Hi DEP Tech,

    Unfortunately, already cancelled subscriptions can’t be renewed or re-activated again. Please start a new plan once it expires.

    We’re aware that there’s a bug in the latest release and we’re already working on getting it fixed. It will be in the next release which should happen today. Please keep an eye on the next update and that will solve the problem.
