Accidently clobbed admin

I accidently chose the admin as a spammer.

This happened as I continued to struggle with spammers and didn’t get much sleep partly because of it.

All the posts uploaded by the admin is gone. And the admin cannot use the email that he has long used.

Is there anyway to restore the admin’s posts and email?

It’s a great plugin, but can be a nightmare with such a blunder.
