    Are you using a Page FAQ or a post category FAQ?

    The scroll error might be that you have badly formed HTML: maybe a missing end tag of something similar?

    If is is not that it might be a plugin conflict. It is difficult to assess without seeing it.

    The auto-“scroll to top” feature is now optional so you can disable it by removing the tick in the “Scroll To Top” checkbox
