Our dev team is working on this issue. For a quick fix, could you please download and install the previous version, 2.2.43, from the link below?

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and select the version.

Then from your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugin => Add New and upload the plugin and activate it.

No! Your data will remain safe.
Anyway, did you try our latest version, 2.2.50? We released this new update yesterday, and I think the issue is fixed. Please update your plugin and let us know if the issue still exists.
Issue still exists. I am on the latest version. I have cleared cache as well, but the same issue is still showing.

If you’ve got the latest version, kindly deactivate and delete the Accordions plugin. And deactivate your cache plugin. No worries, your data will be there.
Now download the Accordions plugin from the link, then upload and activate it. If you don’t know how to upload the zip version of the plugin. Kindly follow the screenshot.

Hi Azizul,
I followed all the steps you mentioned and it’s still showing html.
Kindly note that it’s showing properly when I used accordion as shortcode. However, html is showing up when I use accordion under “Product FAQ tab” option on woocommerce products.

Thanks Azizul. I checked and even though content is showing now, html tags are not applied properly. Spacing tags and list elements are getting ignored.
I mean <br /> tag and ul, li tags

I did not try the plugin you specified above but everything is now working fine with the latest plugin. Seems like you pushed the changes to prod.
