Accordion problem

Hi!

I use accordion panel on my website. I have some problem with it. It’s rather hard to explain it, so please try to do this sequence and see what happens:
1. Click the first title “Konstrukcja…”
2. Go through the whole text to the bootom of this panel.
3. Click the last title “sprawy techniczne”.

You can see that accordion “jumps” somewhere. And it’s impossible to read the proper section. You are redirected to some other point (the next accortion on the page). Why is that?
