    Good day,

    I just noticed that customers could not create accounts in my e-shop. If you have an account you can log in, but there is no option to create an account. Can anyone help me here? Thank you

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like it’s not enabled in WooCommerce and WordPress settings to register a new account.

    Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Account & Privacy and check the following settings:

    Here, we need to make sure that you are allowing users to register on the “My Accounts” page or during the checkout process.

    Also, please go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings, and make sure that you have allowed anyone to register on the website:
