Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    Hi @briansamu,

Thank you for reaching out and for the detailed explanation of the issue — I completely understand how frustrating this must be.

Before diving into any troubleshooting, could you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check if there are any fatal errors or logs related to WooPayments? If you find any, kindly open the log and share its content via Pastebin or gist.github.com.

There are no fatal or relevant logs. Just a log saying that WooPayments was enabled from when I was troubleshooting.

    Hi @briansamu,

Thank you for getting back to us and for the clarification. I’ve reviewed your report again and noticed there are quite a number of customizations in place.

For troubleshooting, please start by clearing your site cache. Then, deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooPayments. After that, clear your browser cache and try connecting WooPayments again.

If you’re open to it, it would be really helpful if you could record the reconnection process using a tool like Loom. That way, we can see exactly what happens on your end, and if it still doesn’t work, you can open your browser console so we can view any errors directly in the video.
