Account Confirmation

Not entirely sure how to approach this, but the woocommerce ticket system is telling me I have to confirm my account, but it does not send a verification email to me no matter how many times I’ve clicked the button. I’ve waited quite some time to receive something, but thus far I still get nothing in my email, and there’s nothing in my spam folder. I can’t contact anyone at woocommerce about it because it requires sending in a ticket which first requires me to confirm my email. Please advise.
