    Hi there,
    we have installed the plugin on our website, but when we go on the “Account” tab it’s showing this error:
    It appears as if MyCryptoCheckout was unable to retrieve your account data from the API server.

    We have tried the following solution:
    – deactivate WP Firewall protection
    – we don’t have Password protection pluginn
    – we don’t have maintenance plugin

    we also looked at the HTaccess and there are no IP filters.

    can you please help us?

    We are receiving an error 413 when the MCC API tries to contact your server.

    413 is “payload too large”.

    Please speak to your server admin to fix the problem.
