Account dashboard not loading

I have userwp and getpaid setup on my site, however when i go to the account dashboard page and click on the menu items, the page isnt refreshing. if i click on “invoice” or “subscription” the dashboard doesnt go to that section. I have checked all my settings for both plugins and cant figure out how to fix this.
