Account field doesn't show

I recently just updated to Jigoshop 1.17.3. Today when I tried to login my site, the account field just disappear. When you load the page, you can see the account field shows up very quick but disappear instantly. I’m pretty sure I put the [jigoshop_my_account] short code in the page but it somehow was messed up. It has never happened before, I’m wondering what I can do to fix this. http://www.unrulyshop.com/my-account/
