Please ensure that the “WP Registration Auto Approval” option is enabled by navigating to ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> User Accounts in your WordPress dashboard.
Additionally, if the “Send user Activation link in email” option is enabled under this setting, users will need to activate their accounts using the link sent to their email before they can log in.

I have updated the profilegrid plugin 5.9.5.4, when i am trying to upload the cover image or profile image it is loading showing something went wrong, and also tried to change password it not happening
