    Hello,

    Woocommerce retrieve customer ID and account e-mail address when a customer reviews from the product page.
    But, your plugin seems to retrieve billing name and billing e-mail address.

    The most websites don’t use billing information, especially in Asian countries.
    And, it would be better to use same as what Woocommerce use for.

    If you still want to use billing information, I strongly recommend to make an option to use customer ID and account e-mail address like what woocommerce does.

    Thanks for asking this question.

    I’m not familiar how WooCommerce is used in Asia. Can you please share screenshots of fields that are present on the checkout page for an unregistered customer in a typical Asian WooCommerce store? And also screenshots of a customer order in an Asian WooCommerce store from the admin interface? You can also forward them to [email protected].

    An option to send review reminders to email addresses associated with user accounts instead of their billing emails was added in version 3.31 of the plugin. Please update the plugin and let me know in case of any problems.
