    Hi, I’m not an expert programmer so my question might be naive. I would like to insert in the welcome email the access data that the customer has entered during the registration phase and a link to cancel the user’s account. I use “ultimate memebers” for the registration process. I wanted to know if there is a way to do it. Thank you

    Hi glielo,

    We’re not too familiar with the Ultimate Members plugin. Does it just create regular WordPress users? If so, then you should definitely be able to send emails via our plugin when a new user registers.

    Just go to the Send Events area of the Options and create a new event with “On Registration” as the Action Type.

    Then, when you’re creating an email, when you’re editing a section in the email, you’ll see there’s an option called Email Variables. Click on that and then on User Tags. You’ll see there’s an option to include the username in the email. For security reasons, there is no option to include the password.
